"There's got to be something we can do, right? I mean she's...able to move, she moved her fingers, Gabby. I saw them....which means she knows we're here for her...which means they're probably a way to get her out of this mess. We just need to figure out what happened to her, what put her in this situation and hopefully find a reversal to it." She was pretty sure she could find a way to figure it out, though it might take some time. She was pretty sure this all was either Lexi or Narcissa's handiwork.

Hugo snuck into the hospital wing, slipping through the doors unnoticed. He carefully made his way to Lily's bed, making sure he didn't get caught by Madame Pomfrey. When he got there, he already saw a couple people. "Oh ello Gabby, Evie" he said as he looked at Lily. His heart broke when he saw the condition she was in. "I heard about what happened and I came straight here. Any clue as to who did this to her?" he asked, but had the sinking feeling he already knew who did it. He looked at Gabby, sadness in his eyes. If only I was there to protect her, he thought to himself. I can't loose her like I did Frank. If she dies, I don't know what I would do, and what I would be capable of, he thought to himself. Even though it wasn't his fault, Hugo always blamed himself if something happened to Gabby or Lily. He has been that way ever since Frank died and it just sort of stuck. He went beside Lily and took her hand, the cold, almost lifeless hand in his.

"Hey Hugo, I don't know who it is actually, but I have my ideas....it's probably..." She kept a look out to see if Madame Stone was out of hearing range, she didn't want to accuse someone and then have more hell brought on them. She then whispered to both Gabby and Hugo. "It's probably Lexi or Narcissa, after all they've been after Gabby more than once, and my guess is, they'll continue. Like I was trying to tell Gabby and Lily before all this happened, this year is going to be a bit more complicated than the last, and a bit harder....I've already gone up against Lexi and Narcissa both this year, though I haven't gotten as injured as Gabby and Lily have, but I would rather it have been me than one of them, you know? It's not your fault that you weren't there Hugo, things happen for a reason, sometimes without a logical explanation." She didn't know what to think really things were definitely changing.

Lily heard more voices, ones she recognised and was a comfort to hear, not being able to use any of her other senses. She tried to do something but couldn't. It was like she was blind...and paralyzed.
Hugo listened to Yvana's words. He knew it wasn't his fault, but it still hurt him that Lily was lying in the hospital bed. He looked at Lily, still holding her hand. He knelt down next to her, still able to see her fully. He was taller than the bed, even kneeling. He knew it would probably be a waste of breath, but he tried it anyway. He made sure he was holding her hand and gently spoke to her. "Lily? Lily can you hear me? Lily?" he asked as he watched her, very anxiously.
"I'm sure she can hear us....I mean she's going to get better, it'll just take more time....all we can do now is wait...as hard as that is right now...she'll come out of this, because she's one of the strongest people I know. She'll be back to normal, she just has to be." She knew that Lily was in big trouble, but she would get her revenge on Lexi and Narcissa once Lily was safe and back to normal. She didn't ever care what happened to her, but she didn't want her family being put through hell like this.
